Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

Your tasks
- Crear los eventos en el Ravkal (programa de gestión del personal);
- Planificación y coordinación de equipos junto con Crew Manager;
- Recopilación de datos necesarios del personal;
- Gestión documental;
- Control del Registro Horario, fiestas, bajas y vacaciones del personal tanto fijo como fijo-discontinuo, en colaboración con HR;
- Gestión de los EPIS del personal gestionado por Crew;
- Gestión de las Acreditaciones para todos los trabajadores;
- Realización de la CAE;
- Análisis de los costes y gestión de la Facturación de las Subcontratas;
- Control del trabajo del equipo juntamente con los responsables de los eventos;
- Comunicación con HR;
- Coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos: Project Manager, Construction Manager, Logistica, etc;
- Soporte a otros departamentos si fuese necesario.
Your profile
El puesto de Crew Booker tiene como objetivo asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios, recibiendo las metas del Crew Manager y realizando ajustes cuando sea necesario para garantizar el éxito de las operaciones.
