Country Manager Nordics & Baltics
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading, supporting and coaching of our product specialist team
- Common development and coordination of country related marketing activities
- Planning and implementation of dental events and hands-on courses
- Cooperation with existing dental dealers, dental chains, universities and key opinion leaders
- Strategic and operational exchange with our management at headquarters
- Analysis of the market development, competitors' and end users' needs
Your profile:
- Experience in managing and coaching a team
- Previous experience in a similar function within the dental industry
- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and confidence
- Good organisational and planning skills
- At least one Nordic language on a native speakers' level and knowledge of the English language on professional level are mandatory
- Willingness to extensive travel
