Your responsibilities
- Managing and controlling day-to-day financial aspects of Datacenter construction projects
- Preparing and verifying budgets for construction projects
- Monitoring costs and change orders, variances analysis
- Managing purchase orders
- Preparing forecasts and risk analysis
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders, including banks
- Work closely with all members of the project team (planners, site managers, project managers, subcontractors, procurement)
- Engaging in professional exchanges and attending meetings with our international clients
Your skills
- Over 5 years of experience in cost controlling, preferably within the construction industry
- Knowledge of Abacus, Primavera, Autodesk, MS project and 3D Tools is advantageous
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (C1 level)
- Strong ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a structured approach
- Open-minded and team-oriented personality
