Your strength:
- Degree in Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant fields
- Several years of work experience in an internal ESG/CSRD/sustainability role or similar consulting, project management, or banking experience with focus on sustainability, ideally in an international organization
- Experienced in collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data for inclusion in papers, disclosures, reports, projects, or presentations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take on large projects, create and present a plan of action, and independently manage projects to favorable resolution or conclusion
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluency in English; German language skills preferred
Your contribution:
- Developing Company-wide sustainability management, including the organization and supervision of cross-site and cross-departmental sustainability measures and projects. Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the Company's sustainability program and compliance with mandatory and optional / customer-focused reporting obligations
- Developing, implementing, processing, and tracking necessary sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collecting data and preparing various sustainability disclosures to include, but not limited to: Carbon Reduction Plans, the Company's Corporate Sustainability Report, CSRD disclosure, PFAS Report, Conflict Mineral Report, and Modern Slavery Statements, Evergreen Assessments, and Emission Statements
- Consulting, collaborating, and providing guidance to members of the legal team and other business stakeholders on emerging sustainability issues
- Establishing monitoring and auditing systems to identify sustainability issues and developments
