Corporate Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin / Frankfurt / Leipzig
Your Tasks
- Support in financing of our real estate assets and management of existing real estate financings
- Identify and select suitable financing partners, presenting financing projects accordingly
- Analyze financing offers and prepare decision templates for senior management
- Engage and maintain communication with banks and internal stakeholders such as asset management, controlling, and legal
- Prepare internal and external reports on financial activities and real estate projects
- Continuously monitor loan covenants and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Provide support for refinancing activities and optimize existing financing structures
- Contribute to strategic financing decisions by providing relevant data and insights
Your Profile
- Professional experience in financing or in the real estate sector
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset
- Ability to evaluate complex financial data and present findings clearly
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
