Program Management and Teaching & Learning Support
Part-time, 20 or 30 hours/week
Starting September 01, 2024, and ending after 2 years

Do you want to play a key role in the development of a European Joint Program for one of the top University Alliances in Europe? Do you enjoy working in an international environment and supporting a wide range of stakeholders? In this position you will support the launch of a new ENGAGE.EU joint program in sustainability management, working with faculty, professional services, students and decision makers all across Europe.

What to expect

  • Program management: You organize and support the development and realization of the programs' relevant processes, including formal implementation, communication, selection of students, course organization etc.
  • Stakeholder support: You will be the first point of contact for lecturers, administrative liaisons, external partners, and (interested) students
  • Internal and external communication: You create marketing material (homepage, brochures, events) and organize the alignment and exchange of knowledge between stakeholders
  • Assisting the task lead: You are responsible for keeping track of consortium level to-dos for the program and deadlines and preparing reports and presentations

What you have to offer

  • Academic degree (ideally in a business or economics-related field)
  • Experience in working at a university (ideally joint programs) or in an international environment
  • Relevant professional experience in project management
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good spoken and written German
  • Ability to think analytically and in a structured manner
  • Willingness to assume responsibility
  • Excellent organizational and self-organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to EUR2,257.95 (for 30 hours/week) (14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of attractive social benefits.
