Controller - Service Center
Your tasks
- Lead and support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports, offering in-depth analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Take ownership of the forecasting process, driving accuracy and continuous improvements
- Spearhead the annual budgeting & business planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide strategic financial insights to stakeholders across all levels and functions, enabling effective decision-making
- Drive transparent, self-explanatory cost analysis, fostering a culture of financial responsibility
- Lead continuous improvements of financial tools and reports, contributing to greater efficiency and decision support
- Conduct advanced ad-hoc analysis, business case evaluations, and special assignments to support business growth
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or higher (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a senior financial function, with a proven track record of creating impact and delivering result-oriented work
- Experience in an industrial environment highly preferred
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong working knowledge of SAP modules and financial analysis tools
- Exceptional analytical abilities, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- A client-focused, service-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
