This position is located in Karlsruhe, Germany.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Content Marketeer to join our corporate marketing department. The successful candidate will be a master storyteller who can create engaging, customer-centric content that drives demand and aligns with our corporate objectives. Fluency in English and German is required, and experience in B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics is preferred. You will collaborate with various departments and regional teams to produce content that resonates with our target audiences.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft compelling, customer-centric content that tells a story and engages our target audiences. Develop content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email campaigns, with a focus on creating narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • Demand Generation: Design and produce content specifically aimed at generating demand, including lead magnets, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to gather insights and information for creating relevant content. Ensure content reflects a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Regional Team Coordination: Work with regional marketing teams to adapt and localize content to meet regional market needs and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine and enhance content strategies, ensuring they effectively drive engagement and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Content Management: Oversee content calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics sectors.
    • Proven track record of creating impactful content that drives demand and supports marketing objectives.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a strong portfolio of customer-centric content.
      Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
    • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal.
    • Experience with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Ability to craft content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
    • AI Utilization: Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analytics, including experience with AI-driven content generation platforms, natural language processing (NLP) techniques, and data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration:
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams and regional stakeholders to gather insights and align content strategies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with diverse teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions and experience with A/B testing and content optimization techniques.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus.
