What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future
- An excellent university degree in (Business) Psychology, Sociology, Communication Sciences, (Business) Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Economics or a comparable field of study - preferably with relevant focuses such as Finance, Management or Banking
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in the areas of strategy, corporate, and/or organizational development
- High motivation, above-average dedication and a high degree of self-organization
- You are an engaged team player with a strong sense of responsibility, coupled with a solution and service-oriented approach
- You are persuasive by your empathy, logical thinking, and well-developed communication skills in both German and English
- You have already gained initial experience in applying agile and interactive project management methods, as well as modern facilitation and workshop techniques
