Component Supervisor

For our location in Ningbo we are currently looking for a

component supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of magnetic component solutions and corresponding magnetic simulations.
2. Assist in the hardware design and development of products.
3. Lead the evaluation of magnetic component materials, structures, and designs, as well as the testing, improvement of samples in the later stages.
4. Formulate and modify the design specifications of magnetic components according to the specific requirements of the hardware circuit.
5. Lead the technical communication with magnetic component suppliers, including discussions, sample production, delivery matters, and cooperate with suppliers to solve various problems that arise in the design and production of magnetic components, ensuring project progress.
6. Responsible for the technical support and design changes of magnetic components during mass production.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3 years or more of experience in magnetic component design.
2. Proficient in the design of electromagnetic components such as inductors, mutual inductors, transformers, common mode inductors, and differential mode inductors, with a good concept of reliability design and cost.
3. Proficient in the selection and failure analysis of electromagnetic materials.
4. Proficient in the use of professional software for electromagnetic simulation work.
