Your tasks:

  • You drive the pipeline by acquiring new tenders in onsite logistics, warehousing, transportation, and EPC projects
  • You lead negotiations and close contracts with clients to secure new business
  • You develop and manage sales channels while maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
  • You prepare commercial offers, project cost calculations and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution
  • You monitor and analyse market trends to adapt company strategies and maximize revenue opportunities
  • You evaluate and analyse potential projects in the fields of oil and gas, metallurgy, petrochemicals and related industries
  • You work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's marketing and business plans
  • You plan and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services
  • You represent the company at relevant exhibitions and events, particularly in the petrochemical industry

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry with a proven track record in business development
  • A strong network within the oil and gas, metallurgy, petrochemical and related sectors is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of business development within the B2B sector with a focus on large-scale deals
  • Experience in managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling and client interaction
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals
  • Self-reliant, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial with a strong drive for results
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a keen understanding of adapting to changing market dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
