Your Tasks
- Develop and implement the strategic direction for hotel revenue, with a particular focus on maximizing room revenue
- Prepare day-by-day forecasts and budgets, making tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve optimal revenue
- Establish and monitor the pricing matrix based on market insights across all business segments, ensuring accurate representation across all distribution channels
- Oversee room inventory across all systems in alignment with revenue strategies and communicate "need" periods to Sales & Marketing
- Continuously analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports, providing strategic commentary and recommendations
- Work closely with other departments on group rate quotations and regularly communicate strategies, tactics, results, and emerging trends
Your Profile
- Degree from a hotel management school; additional certification in Revenue Management is preferred
- At least five years of experience in hotel revenue management
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand patterns, and revenue optimization techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation
- Ability to effectively communicate revenue strategies across multiple departments
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement
