YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with company objectives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in the AEC industry
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and industry networks
- Collaborate with product management to ensure effective positioning and messaging of our software solutions
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for digital demand generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing and sales enablement effectiveness to the Executive team
- Manage events and industry engagement globally, including regional marketing organisations dotted-line reports
YOUR PROFILE
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the AEC or software industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the AEC industry, its challenges, and software needs
- Experience in sales enablement, including the development of training programs and sales collateral
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, state of the art marketing tools and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, write and communicate in English in a professional context - other languages desirable
