As Chief Marketing Officer at Odlo International AG, the Odlo headerquarter in Hünenberg, Switzerland, you develop & execute the Odlo brand vision and strategic business plan into integrated marketing executions across all markets, sales channels and categories, maximizing brand equity and sales. You influence and align product, marketing & channels by championing the the consumer & brand. In addition, you ensure the marketing team is set-up to develop and deliver accordingly by activating chosen communication channels with impactful brand/product messages to connect and engage with retailers and consumers.
- Be overall responsible for Marketing across Odlo directly managing Creative, Retail Marketing, Digital/Social Marketing, PR as well as Sports Marketing & Brand Partnerships.
- Responsible for entire marketing value chain, from seasonal planning, sell-in to sell-out with mindset of maximising business impact.
- Guide the global creative development and implementation of the brand tone, look and voice.
- Make educated choices and set priorities for how to market the brand across chosen marketing channels in accordance with the overall business plan.
- Be the voice of our consumer & guardian of brand positioning, with product, sales & marketing.
- Drive translation of seasonal brand priorities and product concepts into global Go-To-Market and seasonal processes in a collaboration with Sales, Category and Sales teams, from defined global brand priorities to aligned omnichannel calendars and market activation plans.
- Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Own and manage marketing budget, working cross functionally with sales channel leads to improve marketing effectiveness.
