Responsibilities

Working closely with stakeholders, including customers, project managers, product owners, legal, security, and compliance teams, and internal teams.

Analyzing business processes, developing concepts, and supporting the implementation of complex solutions.

Gathering and documenting requirements in an agile product environment as well as traditional waterfall methods.
-
Breaking down features into user stories with necessary acceptance criteria and supplementing user stories with functional and non-functional requirements.

Supporting the enabling team with knowledge transfer and actively participating in agile events.

Executing acceptance testing for user stories/features.

Providing operational support on regular basis including maintenance, deprecation and onboarding.

Supporting the creation/validation of prototypes or proof of concept and facilitating workshops by preparing, moderating, and following up on them.
Profile

You have a technical degree and professional experience in the banking/financial sector.

You have several years (2+ years) of experience as a Requirements Engineer.

You are familiar with agile development methods such as SAFe or Scrum but not shy to use traditional waterfall when applicable.

You are a user of JIRA and Confluence or willing to learn.

You support your skills with relevant certifications such as Scrum (PO, SM), IREB (Foundation Level or RE@Agile), BABOK or others.

You enjoy delving into a new topic, creating technical concepts, and moderating workshops as well as not shy away from testing.

As the pivot between business and development, you are experienced in preparing content that is tailored to the target audience and enjoy the regular change of perspective.

With your structured and analytical approach, you bring order to any chaos.

You speak fluent English, and German
