Business Development Manager E-Mobility - Charging Infrastructure & Industry

Your tasks
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure for the industrial and project sector as well as developing and implementing long-term strategies for market launch and expanding our market share
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs and the competitive environment in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive suitable measures
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and networks with key players in the e-mobility industry, including suppliers, customers and technology partners
- Collaborating with the Research & Development, Production and Marketing departments to develop and launch new e-mobility products that meet the needs of the industry sector
- Supporting the sales team in the development of sales strategies, customer acquisition and maintenance of key customer relationships as well as independent implementation of these measures
- Leading projects for the introduction of new products or services, including the creation of business cases, budget plans and schedules
- Conducting contract negotiations with customers and partners, including the preparation and presentation of offers
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for sales management on the progress and results of business development activities
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the field of e-mobility, charging infrastructure, industry or a related technology area
- Degree in business administration, engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Deep understanding of e-mobility technologies and their applications in the industry, charging infrastructure as well as an extensive network in the industry
- Strong ability to develop and successfully implement long-term business strategies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a goal-oriented and assertive personality
- Experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international environment
- High willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
