YOUR TASKS
- As a Business/Data Analyst, you will carry out data analyses and develop meaningful reports and dashboards.
- You support our stakeholders, e.g. in sales and marketing, by making data accessible and usable for them.
- You are responsible for exploratory data analyses and the interpretation of data patterns, dependencies and trends.
- You present and discuss gained insights as well as derived recommendations and business opportunities.
- You take care of identifying the right data sources and the necessary data cleansing and transformation.
- You support the further development of forecasting and predictive analytics through the development and use of analytical models and statistical methods.
- You advice our business units and provide training and support in the area of KPIs, data analysis & visualization to promote Self-Service BI.
YOUR PROFILE
- You can build on at least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and visualization
- You enjoy working with data and have the ability to think critically and analytically to recognize trends, patterns and insights from data
- You are an expert in the use of Power BI, Excel and SQL Server as well as the associated programming languages SQL and DAX
- You are convincing in the presentation of analysis results and data story telling
- You are familiar with common sales and marketing KPIs, processes and strategies
- You have a solid understanding of statistical and (advanced) data analysis methods and techniques
- You are a team player with the ability to communicate objectively and clearly and a high willingness to learn
- You have a very good command of English and ideally an advanced knowledge of German
