We are looking for a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (f/m/d) with a medium level of experience to join our Digital Solutions team. Our solutions focusing on automation, customer engagement, and data processing. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring that our digital automation solutions drive efficiency and customer success. Your ability to think solution-oriented, customer-centric, and your flexibility will be key to success in this role. 

Your tasks

  • Analyze, capture, and document business requirements related to digital automation, workflow orchestration, and data-driven decision-making 
  • Define and refine rule-building processes and customer interaction methodologies to optimize automation efficiency
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and product owners to ensure seamless integration and processing of customer data
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for AI-driven automation solutions
  • Evaluate existing digital automation solutions and recommend improvements or enhancements
  • Support the testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
  • Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to foster efficient communication and solution development

Your profile

  • A medium level of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role in digital automation, customer engagement, or data-driven environments 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in workflow automation, AI-driven engagement solutions, and customer journey optimization
  • Customer-centric approach to designing and refining digital automation solutions
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-changing digital environment
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or similar is a must
