The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that are available today in the market.

Process Analysis & Improvement:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.

AI Solution Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and challenges.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Provide training and support for teams adopting new AI tools and processes.

Project Management:

• Lead projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Track and report on project progress and outcomes.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in technology adoption.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Very good German and English skills

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Business Analysis Skills:

• Expertise in process mapping, modeling, and re-engineering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
