As a Business Analyst in the "Digital Touchpoints Backend" team at Drei, you'll work closely with senior engineers to transform business needs into efficient technical solutions that support our e-commerce platform. Your role will focus on combining strategic business analysis with technical insight to create impactful solutions that drive the company's digital initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with senior engineers to design and document solution architectures for our e-commerce platform
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on system goals, priorities, and design choices
- Apply your experience with cloud and SaaS services to identify and implement the most suitable technologies for the platform
- Participate in the selection of tools, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring scalable, future-proof solutions
- Act as a liaison between business teams and engineers, ensuring clear communication and translating business needs into actionable technical plans
- Ensure that solutions meet operational, security, and performance standards and integrate seamlessly with existing systems
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution architecture, ideally within the e-commerce sector
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS platforms, with hands-on experience in implementing them
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with senior engineers and business stakeholders to develop technical solutions
- Familiarity with modern architectural patterns and best practices in cloud computing
- Ability to analyze and document business processes, translating them into technical requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, bridging the gap between business and technical teams
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms
- Previous experience in the telco or digital services industry is a plus
