We are seeking a proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and drive the organization's transformation into a fully data-driven enterprise. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical data solutions. You will be responsible for handling data projects end-to-end by turning raw data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations that empower decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and data requirements
  • Identify and translate business needs into clear, actionable analytical questions or technical specifications
  • Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data accessibility, quality, and reliability and to ensure seamless implementation of BI initiatives
  • Develop intuitive and impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making using tools such as Tableau and SAP Business Objects
  • Promote a data-driven culture by educating and empowering colleagues in business areas to use data effectively in their roles
  • Create documentation to increase data literacy across the organization
  • Stay informed of emerging BI tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Bachelors or master's in computer science, MIS, Information Management or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a major organization, with large-scale data management experience, ideally for Data Warehouse
  • Track record of developing technology to enable large scale data transformation
  • Working experience in data manipulation (SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Spark, etc.)
  • Experience in Information Design
  • Strong experience with BI Tools (preferably Tableau and SAP Business Objects) and Data Warehouses
  • Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English
  • Team-oriented mindset, openness to new ideas, and an agile approach to work

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least EUR 43.500,- (38,5 hours/week). A significant overpayment is possible.
