Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and data requirements -
Identify and translate business needs into clear, actionable analytical questions or technical specifications -
Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data accessibility, quality, and reliability and to ensure seamless implementation of BI initiatives -
Develop intuitive and impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making using tools such as Tableau and SAP Business Objects -
Promote a data-driven culture by educating and empowering colleagues in business areas to use data effectively in their roles -
Create documentation to increase data literacy across the organization -
Stay informed of emerging BI tools, technologies, and methodologies

Bachelors or master's in computer science, MIS, Information Management or similar -
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a major organization, with large-scale data management experience, ideally for Data Warehouse -
Track record of developing technology to enable large scale data transformation -
Working experience in data manipulation (SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Spark, etc.) -
Experience in Information Design -
Strong experience with BI Tools (preferably Tableau and SAP Business Objects) and Data Warehouses -
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources -
Excellent written and oral skills in English -
