We are currently looking for a Backend Software Developer to take our monitoring software to the next level. You will be part of a 7-person cross-functional team focused on our software for large and enterprise customers.

This position is based in the Czech Republic.
YOUR TASKS
- You will work in an agile team within the product development for Paessler PRTG
- You and a small, effective team will focus on the needs of our enterprise customers and work on continuous product improvements
- You will plan, develop and modernise software features together with your team
- You will contribute your own ideas and participate in discussions, planning and their implementation together with the product owner.
- As a team, you take responsibility for architecture and code quality
- You support the team with knowledge transfer, code reviews and testing of new features
- You assist our technical support in 3rd-level cases
- You and the team work together to ensure a high level of quality and stability of the system
YOUR PROFILE
- You are very familiar with modern programming languages - ideally Delphi
- You are keen to learn about Rust, database development and the integration of a messaging system, and also to further develop your skills in Delphi
- You are willing to learn about how our network monitoring software works
- You are very familiar with the development of software architectures, the implementation of clean code principles and the application of design patterns
- You are familiar with Git or similar and are interested in a modern CI infrastructure with Gitlab and Jira
- You have an agile mindset
- You communicate very well in English
