As a Sales Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in our company's operations, supporting our sales team and assisting our French customers.
This position offers diverse responsibilities thanks to our variety of professional clients (independent businesses, GSA, GSS), with tasks that will adapt to your profile and aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Order and Sales Management: processing customer orders, tracking deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met, and handling customer complaints
- Customer Relations: acting as the main point of contact for our French clients, responding to their requests with professionalism and promptness, and finding tailored solutions for each situation
- International Coordination: daily communication with our headquarters in Germany, various internal departments (logistics, accounting, sales administration), and European branches (Spain, Italy, etc.) to ensure consistent and harmonized service
- Commercial Support: meeting the needs of our field Sales Representatives and Key Accounts
- Inventory Management: ensuring effective stock management and proactively suggesting ways to optimize orders and deliveries
- Analysis and Reporting: generating reports and analyses to track sales indicators and revenue growth
