We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B (Enterprise) Account Executive to join our team and help us drive new business and generate a robust sales pipeline.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

LUY is expanding rapidly, and enterprise sales is at the core of our growth strategy. As an (Enterprise) Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling complex B2B SaaS solutions to large corporate clients, navigating long sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a structured, consultative sales approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive revenue independently.
You will own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging our existing inbound and outbound strategies. Working closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership, you will help refine our ICP and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach, qualification, and multi-threading to negotiation and close
  • Develop and close enterprise deals, driving revenue growth through structured pipeline management
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across complex organizations, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term account success

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working independently, able to run a structured sales process in a dynamic environment
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders (3+) and long sales cycles (3+ months)
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, with a structured approach to prospecting, discovery (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC), and negotiation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus across departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluent in English and German
