What you create
Your impact
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on our digital growth strategy - from demand and lead generation to performance optimization across channels. You'll be the go-to expert in digital campaigns and marketing operations, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to turn traffic into qualified leads and measurable impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a digital marketing all-rounder who blends strategic thinking with flawless execution and a love of data.
Your responsibilities
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Design and execute segmented campaigns across the funnel - from inbound (mid-market) to ABM programs (enterprise).
- Manage and optimize high-performing digital channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, retargeting).
- Own the performance of our website and landing pages - apply SEO, CRO, and UX best practices.
- Lead email marketing and lead nurturing workflows to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop messaging, ad copy, CTAs, and campaign content tailored for performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of digital marketing trends and tech
Marketing Operations & MarTech
- Align with Business Development to optimize the marketing-sales funnel, lead scoring, and attribution.
- Administer and refine our MarTech infrastructure (e.g. HubSpot, analytics stack).
- Implement and manage dashboards, KPIs, and tracking frameworks to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Safeguard data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance across digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to lifecycle marketing efforts to activate, re-engage, and retain lead.
Collaborate with Head of Marketing & Communications to expand and refine our KPI and reporting ecosystem, ensuring campaign performance and business impact are clearly measurable.
