What you create

Your impact

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on our digital growth strategy - from demand and lead generation to performance optimization across channels. You'll be the go-to expert in digital campaigns and marketing operations, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to turn traffic into qualified leads and measurable impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a digital marketing all-rounder who blends strategic thinking with flawless execution and a love of data.

Your responsibilities

Lead Generation & Nurturing
  • Design and execute segmented campaigns across the funnel - from inbound (mid-market) to ABM programs (enterprise).
  • Manage and optimize high-performing digital channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, retargeting).
  • Own the performance of our website and landing pages - apply SEO, CRO, and UX best practices.
  • Lead email marketing and lead nurturing workflows to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop messaging, ad copy, CTAs, and campaign content tailored for performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of digital marketing trends and tech
Marketing Operations & MarTech
  • Align with Business Development to optimize the marketing-sales funnel, lead scoring, and attribution.
  • Administer and refine our MarTech infrastructure (e.g. HubSpot, analytics stack).
  • Implement and manage dashboards, KPIs, and tracking frameworks to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Safeguard data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance across digital touchpoints.
  • Contribute to lifecycle marketing efforts to activate, re-engage, and retain lead.
    Collaborate with Head of Marketing & Communications to expand and refine our KPI and reporting ecosystem, ensuring campaign performance and business impact are clearly measurable.

What you bring along

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred) 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand and performance marketing, ideally within the life sciences or biotech sector.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing digital campaigns focused on lead generation, ROI, and continuous optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), and strong skills in online advertising and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, GA4).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX principles, with experience managing websites and landing pages, including A/B testing and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning campaign data into actionable insights and creating/adapting high-performing digital content (ads, emails, landing pages).
  • Results-driven, hands-on, and collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and German.
