Your contribution to the energy revolution
As part of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing wind and solar projects in our international markets. You will also support the projects through the financing and construction phases to the sale to investors. You will work together with our highly qualified partners in the diverse and exciting field of renewable energy, always looking for the best possible solution and always keeping the joint success of the project in mind.
- systematically analyze, review as well as evaluate wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance
- review lease agreements and related easements and compare them with the existing project planning
- review of other project documents and contracts with a constant focus on risk assessment
- person in charge for the due diligence of purchase, sales and financing processes
- review and manage project documentation for the information exchange with banks and investors
- interface in intensive dialog with the project managers of our foreign subsidiaries and technical experts throughout the UKA Group
- monitor open issues and support in finding solutions
- maintain standardized overviews with all key project information
