Associate Director, Promotional Materials & Compliance


Your Job

We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Professional to join our Clinical Services team leading the Promotional Materials & Compliance (PMC) service delivery to our clients.  In delivering these services you will be responsible for aligning the local offering with the global service offering, working in collaboration with your global peers.  You will act as the medical reviewer and regulatory reviewer and/or signatory as appropriate.  In addition to your core PMC service delivery you will develop and deliver local codes training to clients, be involved in audits, CAPA recommendations and SOP development and review.  You will also be involved in local business development activities.  This role reports directly to the Head of PMC based in Europe.  As the service offering grows, we anticipate you will build and lead a PMC team in Australia.  


Your Profile

  • You have formal qualifications in Pharmacy or Science and a minimum of 10 years' experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, at least 8 years Regulatory Affairs with specific focus on advertising and promotional review and approval experience with marketed prescription drugs.  You will have an in-depth understanding of Australian and New Zealand regulations for drug promotion/advertising and experience interacting with the TGA and Medsafe.
  • You are self motivated, a natural problem-solver, critical thinker, commercially minded, and have exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have experience leading a high performing team.
  • You thrive on diversity and challenge and can effectively project manage and deliver several projects at once.
