Medical Information & Patient Programs Manager


Your Job

We currently have an opportunity as Manager, Medical Information and Patient Programs. In this team leadership position you will supervise, coach and develop approx. 10 employees to ensure the delivery of a high standard of medical information and patient program services to our clients.  This is a diverse and challenging role due to the variety of clients and projects. As the team lead you will deliver services on behalf of our clients whilst also being the team lead. You will provide regular reporting to clients and take the lead on continuous improvement and new project initiatives.  
 

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor of Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Science or a health science related degree. 
  • You will have at least 10 years in a health-oriented role or health science related discipline. 
  • You will have experience in medical information, patient programs or pharmacovigilance.  
  • To be successful in this role you will demonstrate leadership traits and strong people management skills with a natural ability to train others.  
  • You will be a problem-solver with a customer centric approach.  
  • You have the capacity to juggle several competing priorities at once without loosing site of the bigger picture.  
  • You are compliant and process driven and thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. 
  • You enjoy continually expanding your knowledge and skills and maintain high ethics and professional standards in your work. 
  • You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and preferably exposure to working with databases.
