Assistant to Senior Director Clinical Affairs EMEA & APAC (m/f/d)

Your Strenght

  • Experience in administrative support and project coordination, preferably in a clinical or medical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience handling financial documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and a structured way of working.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Your Contribution

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Director Clinical Affairs EMEA & APAC and the Clinical Affairs team.
  • Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of clinical project management activities.
  • Handle invoices, financial reports, and contract documentation to support the Clinical Affairs Department.
  • Maintain department calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for senior staff.
  • Manage clinical study documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, document signatures, and internal communication processes.
  • Act as a key contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees in the Clinical Affairs Department.
  • Support in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to enhance departmental efficiency.
