Here's what you can do for us:

Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales, you define and implement the commercial strategy to develop and sustain sales of metal sorting solutions, in compliance with margin objectives. As such:
  • Develop and deploy a sales strategy for the market 
  • Manage, support and service customers in metal market, interact with customers on a regular basis
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor activities in the market in terms of pricing, sales and marketing activities
  • Aid in the negotiation of business terms with customers to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships and increased revenue
  • Build & maintain ongoing rapport with key individuals at customer locations
  • Maintain knowledge of key customers in the market and activities associated with customers
  • Organize and support assays in our test centre (located in Pulheim, Germany)
  • Develop sales leads, create quotes, support processing of customer orders 
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities (customer visits, assays, project lists)
  • Provide technical training to customers as may be required
  • Participate in specialist conferences and trade shows

You bring with you:

  • Completed engineering degree (B. Eng., M. Eng. or similar) in a relevant field of study
  • Experience in metal recycling and knowledge of processing is mandatory
  • Relevant professional experience in the sale of machinery
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, other local languages desirable
  • Willingness to travel to Germany for technical trainings
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel 50-60% of the time
  • Determination and personal responsibility
