For our Scandinavian subsidiary we are looking for an Area Sales Manager Denmark (m/f/d)

Field of activity

  • Develop and expand distribution and awareness of SPAX products in Denmark
  • Visit distributors, retailers, and end customers in both the professional and DIY segments
  • Work from a home office and report to the Country Manager Scandinavia (based in Sweden)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while acquiring new customers in the construction and industrial sector
  •  Plan and participate in sales-boosting activities, such as trade fairs and customer events
  • Provide long-term customer care and develop concepts that align with customer needs and drive future growth
  • Work independently, enjoying direct customer interactions and field visits
  • Engage in negotiations and innovative solutions to adapt to modern buying behaviors
  • Take full responsibility for Denmark's market activities and develop a local organization suited to customer needs
  • Undergo comprehensive product training in Germany to effectively plan and execute sales strategies
  • Propose and implement new activities to enhance market presence and maximize growth potential

Field of activity

  • At least 5 years of experience in outreach sales, preferably in the field of construction and its suppliers.
  • Enjoy working independently and thrive on planning your own time and being on the move.
  • Strong relationship builder with a genuine interest in your customers and in developing a sustainable and long-term co-operation.
  • Structured way of working, as well as good communication skills in Danish and English. 
  • Thinking "outside of the box" and help develop suitable product and marketing tools for your region. 
  • Experience in the construction industry and interest in innovative fastening technology is a big plus
  • Driven by customer interactions and building long-term relationships
  • Natural ability to create trust and establish strong cooperation with clients
  • Thrives in a dynamic and challenging sales environment
