Responsibilities:
As part of the global team at Solar Trade Holding, our customers are our 20+ subsidiaries across the world. This position lies in the Business Transformation and Strategy team and will be responsible to ensure successful implementation of diverse projects across our subsidiaries.
And this is how you protect the world we live in
- You will be responsible for leading and managing the full project lifecycle for global projects in various areas such as supply chain, digitalization and operations
- Developing the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with global functional leaders and key stakeholders in subsidiaries to support business objectives and strategy
- You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans and timelines and managing resources accordingly
- Managing communication with relevant stakeholders is part of your responsibilities
- Monitoring project progress, reporting on key performance indicators and supporting the tracking of project budgets
- Proactively manage changes to the project scope, identify potential risks and support the development of risk mitigation strategies as part of your responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of PMO best practices and processes including standard tools and methodologies
- You will also support the senior project managers in various tasks as required and in the organization of project-related activities, e.g. workshops, events, communication, etc.
Who we are looking forward to
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of experience in project management or a related role in a global and complex organization or experience in consulting on complex transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks is advantage (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc)
- Your have excellent communication skills in fluent English, to express ideas and messages to a variety of stakeholders
- You are detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail orientation and problem-solving thinking are among your strengths. You also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial, supply chain and corporate KPIs is an advantage
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) and you have in-depth knowledge of the Office 365 suite
