• Lead customer acquisition: Identify potential new customers through systematic market analysis and target them effectively
• Collaborate with our customers and expert team to develop customized solutions tailored to their needs
• Develop customers into strategic key accounts
• Represent C.HAFNER on-site during customer visits
• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets in the sales region and drive opportunities with persistence
• Independently develop sales strategies to achieve these targets and execute them with autonomy
• Organize trade fair participations and represent C.HAFNER at events

• Communication Skills: Confident demeanour and strong negotiation skills when dealing with decision-makers in the luxury goods industry, fluent in French
• Educational Background: Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification
• Professional Experience: Ideally, experience in technical sales
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury goods industry is an advantage; experience in precious metal processing is desirable
• Commitment: Passion and dedication for a demanding sales role with a strong customer and results-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic action
• Language Skills: Fluent French skills (negotiation level)
• Willingness to Travel: High level of travel readiness
