Your future responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers and creating opportunities: Sales and networking are right up your alley. There is no greater challenge for you than winning new customers and projects. You work in a talent-oriented way. To strengthen and expand your network, you are regularly seen at networking events and expert group meetings.
  • You are the specialist in the IT sector: you identify market trends, know which issues are at stake with customers and are a competent discussion partner. You immerse yourself in the client's business, think about talent opportunities and offer the right service from Randstad. With the goal: to create a golden connection between talent and clients.
  • Managing and supporting professionals: Not only clients, but also talents or colleagues who work with you can count on your commitment. You know what drives them, advise them on their personal development in the IT sector and contribute to the smooth running of the HR cycle.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally, you have a university degree in business/commercial studies.
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in Sales or Recruiting and deep knowledge or interest about the IT/Engineering staffing business
  • The ability to make authentic contact with people is a must.
  • As a networker, you are able to connect (potential) customers and professionals.
  • You are a professional interlocutor with a charismatic personality and customer-oriented attitude.
  • You are sales-oriented and results-driven.
  • You know how to successfully enter a specific market, are very communicative and have strong influencing and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage.
