Do you want to drive the sales of Elektrobit's innovative portfolio to leading automotive companies and beyond? If so, we want you as an Account Executive (m/f/d) in our Sales Region EMEA!

What you do

  • Strategic Account Management: Define and implement the account strategy for your assigned group of accounts, focusing on long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Ensure sustainable business growth by identifying and winning new opportunities while accurately forecasting sales trends.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as a strategic contact for senior management at your assigned customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Solution Alignment: Identify opportunities to align Elektrobit's solutions with customer requirements and develop tailored solutions and proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Leadership: Act as a functional lead, guiding a team of professionals to collaboratively develop and execute account strategies.

What you bring

  • Experience: Several years of experience in Sales or related fields with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in working effectively within cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Intimacy: Proven ability to build and maintain deep customer relationships, up to C-Level.
  • Network: Ideally, you bring an existing network of customers within the EMEA region.
  • Languages: Your profile is completed by fluent English skills, German is a plus.
This position requires a readiness to travel with 50%.
